night life

20/03/2008, Thursday:

First time experiencing night life in sg
Been to different places in just one night! lol

And the difference is actually quite big

we depart from NUS at around 8pm

At first the plan was to go kbox

But....

... kbox is too expensive cause they charge as public holidays already even if it's not friday yet! and this place in Katong has no room left! full-house!!

while waiting we tried the famous "Katong laksa"

but i didn't eat cause i just had my dinner

it costs SD3, and the portion is quite small too

i wonder if it's the same as the one i ate in Bedok

And then the second place we went is Clarke Quay
this is where the real night life really is...

It's like we've been to the wrong place, we looks so UNDERAGE >.<

First time went to a pub...i think it's called 'forbidden city', very ancient china-like

but this one is kinda spooky to me like in qian nv you huen

it's dark, we can't even read the menu,

sort of windy and haaaazy as well

it's not noisy cause we choose to go to the quiet one.
savour a bit of each drinks and eww... they tastes like medicine
hm... one is chocolate martini, another one is tequila something, the rest i can't remember already =p

reach my room around 2++ am,
was really very tiring but i had fun =)
well, i guess it's another experience
let's go to Settlers' cafe again next time ya
lol last time was so fun
