My first ever cheesecake!! Decided to try to make one after i ate THE lemon cheesecake from Swensen. Well, mine doesn't look that great and the topping is a bit too thick but tastewise i think it's quite good.. hehe. Would like to try on another cheesecake recipe! Oreo cheesecake or chilled raspberry/strawberry cheesecake maybe. Yum yum =)Sunday, September 20, 2009
