I never know that designing protocol and carrying it out it's like this.
It's open lab again tomorrow..aiks.. hopefully everything went smoothly, can't afford for anything to go wrong at this time. 5 more days left..meaning 3 more weeks to go!! And then the most torturing time will come--lab report!! Arghh.Hmm... Maybe someday i'll really miss this time too..okay it's not really that bad but it makes me so so tense-preparing for the lab, keeping up with the pace, finding all the info, calculation thingy and make sure it's correct or else.. puff, gone, and etc etc oh gosh.. just hope that the final result is ok and electrophoresis better come out 'sui sui'... arghh... gonna go read more now....
